Flora, the natural oil and distilled water is just fine for cats. I would avoid whatever of the store bought ear mite medicines unless they specifically say "for utilise on cats." As I am sure you already know, a cat's chemical make upwards is far different from a dogs, and the flea stuff used for dogs can actually cause seizures and in some cases death in our feline friends.
